John Lacey is the founder at full hp. many people will have met john in very different iterations of his life and career. This website is inspired by you and YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
He spent 20 years in MENA, from creative advertising to exec production, founded and sold his own bootstrapped gaming start-up. In doing so worked on a number of memorable projects for titles on PC, Console and Mobile, with cool people and sparked many careers in mena.
Then setup Tencent games office in MENA leading a team that held the No.1 DAU and Revenue position for 5 years in the market. -

Here’s the thing: we’re here to work, not to micromanage anyone’s personal beliefs or private matters. We don’t do politics. We’re not here for drama, don’t tolerate any form of racism, and have zero interest in fueling religious tension or stirring up any other divisive nonsense. We also aren’t getting involved in social media virtue signaling or rainbow filters. And as for BS? There’s enough of that in the world already, no need to bring it into the office.
What we do care about is creating an environment where people come to do great work and treat each other with basic human decency. Respecting others, holding yourself to a professional standard, and delivering quality work are the only non-negotiables. We believe that as long as you’re here to do your best and treat others with respect, the rest is your business, not ours. We’re not playing parent, judge, or social mediator; we’re focused on creating a space where people from all walks of life can collaborate and succeed.
Ultimately, we’re a team that respects the line between work and personal life. If you can do the job, support the team, and maintain a level of professionalism, we’re good. Bring your talent, your integrity, and your respect for others, and you’ll fit right in. Anything else? Just leave it at the door.

Due to the fact that we believe people are our biggest asset, we’re not about to plaster their faces all over company promos. No photos, no videos, everyone here is in charge of their own personal brand, not us. We trust that responsible adults, equipped with a decent amount of intelligence and basic ethical values, will conduct themselves admirably.
It’s a bold bet, sure, but we’re sticking with it.

We also happen to like people who can take a joke. In fact, it’s practically a hiring requirement, except in finance. We’ve positively discriminated to hire finance people who can’t take a joke. (Only kidding; he’s actually pretty funny.)

One other thing to clear up: we don’t do “work from home.” Home is where you should be able to unwind, take off your shoes, and ideally not think about work. But remote work? By all means work wherever you like. Just don’t think lounging in a hammock buys you extra time on that deadline.

We let people get to know each other in the office. Friendships? Encouraged. Ethical boundaries? Expected. Who’s dating whom? Couldn’t care less. But if you’re getting engaged, do let us know, it takes some prep time to sit through the inevitable slideshow of wedding photos in the break room. Affairs? Client relationships? Well, if you’re mixing romance with business, might be time to budget for a lawyer and a therapist. Things will get messy.

And sure, we’re a bit too small and agile for those swanky, cavernous offices, but we do have over 100 people across 10 cities, speaking 16 languages, representing 27 nationalities, four religions, and with an average age of 25.
