His impulsive move leads to the entire team’s defeat in a chaotic mess, with the other players reacting in shock and frustration.

The video spread rapidly online, and Leroy Jenkins became a meme representing impulsiveness and disregard for strategy. The phrase "Leroy Jenkins!" is now widely used to humorously describe someone diving headfirst into a situation without thinking. Since then, Leroy Jenkins has been referenced in other games, TV shows, movies, and even became an Easter egg in World of Warcraft, cementing his place as a legend in internet and gaming culture.
